Vaccination calendar for small farmers — FMD, HS, ET and when to give them

Foot and mouth, haemorrhagic septicaemia and enterotoxaemia go through small herds every year, and the losses are nearly always in animals that were not done in time. The obstacles are practical rather than ignorance — cold chain, whether the local centre has stock, and a vaccinator who comes when it suits him.

What is the calendar you actually follow? Which vaccines, at what age for young stock, how often after that, what you pay a dose, and whether the government centre in your district is usable.
